The Woodchester Freelancers’ Network

…is for anyone who works on a self-employed basis from home, and despite loving the freedom from office politics, the independence, and the frabjous joy of not having to be nice to a horrid boss, still sometimes gets a bit fed up spending eight hours a day, every day, in their own company.
It’s very informal – meeting up at the pub one evening a month – not about hardcore networking or doling out business cards – more about sinking into a G&T – chatting and laughing (um, hopefully) – earnestly discussing the best colour for shoes – okay, and cars – and altogether having a fine old time with others who are equally fascinated by the intricacies of what is and isn’t claimable on a self assessment tax return (though only if you’re not an MP).

It’s not just for Woodchester folk – anyone who works for themselves locally and fancies coming along is welcome!
