Woodchester Word – Iain Dunbar

The first issue of the new look Woodchester Word was published last November, and we have had much positive feedback. With the support of the Parish Council, the next issue at the end of February 2010 will be 8-pages, and we are planning three further issues this year (in May, August and November), probably each of 12-pages.

We now have a number of new contributors, and hope to include articles about the community and the history of the village, as well as having more general news and items we hope will be of interest to villagers. We are also hoping that more people will actively get involved in the ‘Word’ by writing letters, or sending in comments to the new ‘Woodchester Woes’ column we will be starting in the May issue.
