Following the information sent out to households recently from Stroud District Council outlining proposed changes to refuse collections, new bins are due to be delivered to Woodchester in the week beginning the 12th September, although this should only be used as a guide.
For those residents receiving a wheeled bin for their rubbish (landfill waste), their food waste bin and kitchen caddy will be placed inside the bin along with an information leaflet detailing the new service. There will be a sticker on top of the wheeled bin advising residents not to use the containers until 1st November. For residents receiving sacks instead of wheeled bins, the sacks will be left with the food waste bin, kitchen caddy and information leaflet as close to the property as possible.
